It’s just unfortunate that those same Christians don’t take God at His word. Think about it, evolution was and is a materialistic philosophy that is antithetical to creation/the Bible. Why mix the two when they both (special creation vs. materialistic evolution) conflict with one another, both in message, logic, and ultimate ramifications? Materialistic philosophy was invented by men who would not have God rule over them. You may think the two opposite systems may mesh, but the inventors of materialism were not so mentally construed to think so. I think unfortunately that they were more consistent with their beliefs then those who would attempt to mix Biblical creationism/theism with materialistic mechanisms to explain the beginning and current existence. |
