Matt:“Some changes effect shape of the protein, others do not, and others are OVERRIDDEN by the dominant gene. This does not lead to information increase either.” But doesn’t evolution specify that diversity (needing whole new gene info)sprang up from a common ancestor who didn’t have any of the “novel” features found in its latter descendents(features which are coded for in the genetic blueprint)? “I nevermentioned anything remotely close to "rearranged" as YOU put it.” Even so, you go on to say;“..and others are OVERRIDDEN by the dominant gene.”Then what is “overriding”? this “overriding”seems to effectively detriment whatever feature that info coded for previously(protein production, stop codon, fatal if in the wrong place). Seems also you just said that macroevolution cannot happen with whatwe observe:“This does not lead to information increase either.” This is what macroevolution needs to be tenable. Again, where did the genetic info originally come from? |
