River, No one is attacking Biology by disagreeing with Evolution. Evolution is how humans interpret the data. Biology itself is an impersonal science. Many scientists at degree, MSc, PhD and Professorship level disagree with the INTERPRETATION given toBiology that leads to the belief in evolution. Are we humans not allowed to be free thinkers? Biology was Biology long before Darwin came along and will be Biology long after you and me are dead. Biology does not care much whether humans believe in evolution or creation. Kreb's cycle, nitrogen fixation, photosynthesis, the immune system, DNA synthesis etc. will function quite well however we think these complex systems came about. Humans show concern as to how our origins are portrayed, not biology. |
