Matt; case in point concerning irreducible complexity: consider that DNA needs the ribosome to facilitate proper decoding of the DNA message, yet the DNA codes for the ribosome. One needs the other in order to perform successfully its functions. Without the other, one cannot proceed to produce and proliferate, and thus not be able to exist at all, much less exist long enough to somehow “evolve” into more advanced and intricate modes of being and interacting. |
